Mission Mountain Irish Music Camp

Foust Farms, Charlo, Montana

July 30 - August 4, 2024

The Mission Mountain Irish Music Camp is a celebration of the Irish music tradition in Montana. Its objective is to foster stronger bonds between custodians of the culture in the state with the view to promoting Irish music and song in the state. All those interested in Irish music, be they living in Montana or not, are invited to attend. It is open to all ages and families are most welcome.

Location: The camp will be held at a campsite on the banks of the Flathead River on the Foust Family farm in Charlo, 45513 Foust Ln; Charlo, Montana 59824. Click here for detailed directions.

Schedule: A schedule of sessions and activities will be posted once final confirmations have been received

Accommodation: There are no onsite accommodations, so you need bring a tent or camper.

This is a pack it in, pack it out camp site. Trash facilities are not available so you will need to be responsible for your own garbage. Fresh water will be available by a well and hand pump. Portable toilets will be available onsite, but there will be no washing facilities. The Flathead river runs adjacent to the campground for swimming and bathing.

Food: The event is self catering, so you need to bring your own food and cooking utensils.

Registration: There is no registration fee, but we would like you to register so we have an idea of the numbers attending. This will help greatly with the planning and be of benefit to Foust family.
